Thank you for choosing KOMOHAUS Pilates Studio for your self-practice sessions. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, please review the following: Booking & Access Advance Booking Required: All private studio hire sessions must be booked in advance. Booking Confirmation: Submission of a booking request does not guarantee the slot. Your booking is confirmed only upon studio approval and confirmation message by form of email. Session Timing: Arrive and leave strictly within your booked slot. No extensions unless pre-arranged. No Instructor Present: This is a self-guided, unsupervised session. Use only if you are familiar with Reformer Pilates equipment. For instructors renting the studio space to conduct private classes with their own clients, proof of instructor certification may be requested & you are responsible for your own clients’ safety and liability. Safety & Responsibility Use at Own Risk: Participants are responsible for their own safety during private studio hire. Medical Conditions: Ensure you are fit for Reformer Pilates. If in doubt, consult a medical professional before booking. Equipment Care: Handle all machines and props responsibly. Report any damage or issues immediately. Attire & Hygiene Grip Socks Mandatory: For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required. Personal Hygiene: Please arrive clean and avoid strong fragrances. Clean-Up After Use: Disinfect the Reformer and all props after your session. Return everything to its place. Payments & Packages Full Payment Upon Booking: Required to confirm your slot. Non-Refundable: All studio hire sessions are non-refundable. Package Validity: Packages are valid for the stated duration from purchase. Studio Etiquette Noise Level: Maintain a quiet environment. Mobile Devices: Set to silent. Respect for Space: Leave the studio as you found it—clean, tidy, and ready for the next user.
