Service Description
Join our pet-friendly Reformer Pilates classes, where you move in a studio space with dogs gently roaming around you, creating a relaxed and shared experience. Each session includes a 10-minute settling in period followed by a 45 minute Reformer Pilates class.

Cancellation Policy
Welcome to KOMOHAUS Studio! By booking or attending any classes, workshops, private sessions, or related activities (“Activities”), you agree to the following terms: **1. Booking & Cancellation** All sessions require prior booking; no walk-ins. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes or after warm-up may not be admitted. **2. Attire & Hygiene** The studio is shoe-free; grip socks are required (available for purchase). Wear comfortable, form-fitting attire and avoid loose clothing or excessive jewelry. Maintain good personal hygiene and avoid strong fragrances. **3. Studio Etiquette** Mobile devices must be on silent; calls should be taken outside. Disinfect equipment after use and return props to designated areas. While the studio is professionally cleaned after each class, participants are expected to help maintain a clean environment. A quiet and respectful atmosphere must be observed. **4. Payments & Packages** Full payment is required upon booking. Packages are valid only for the stated duration and are non-refundable and non-transferable. **5. Safety & Health** Inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class. Seek medical advice if unsure about participation. Do not attend if unwell. **6. Pet Policy (Pet Pilates Classes)** Small, well-behaved pets are permitted under the following conditions: pets must be under 7kg, wear diapers at all times, and remain leashed. Owners are fully responsible for their pet. Disruptive pets may be asked to leave. Towels are mandatory (rental available at $2). The studio undergoes professional cleaning and sanitization after all pet classes to ensure hygiene for all clients. This additional protocol is reflected in pet class pricing. **7. Media & Photography** Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent unless prior written notice is provided. Please respect others’ privacy. **8. Risk & Liability** Participation involves inherent risks. You confirm you are fit to participate and agree to release KOMOHAUS and its staff from liability for any injury, illness, or damages arising from participation. **Acknowledgment** By attending, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
