Reformers Pilates

Places emphasis on the use of reformer machines to achieve resistance training, alignment, and full-body strength. It promotes precise movements using the Reformer and breathing techniques to strengthen physical and mental wellness and awareness. Beneficial for all levels.

Pre-natal Pilates

Prenatal Pilates favors expecting mothers with the key towards core strengthening and stability building during the course of pregnancy. Beneficial for postural and body alignment to counter pregnancy-related posture imbalance, and adapting to shifts in center of gravity. A safe and smooth journey for expecting mothers as our instructors enrich them with proper breathing techniques.

Post-natal Pilates

Tailored to benefit women after childbirth. The class fosters a safe and smooth environment with the goal of postpartum recovery, by reducing abdominal separation and strengthening the body's pelvic floor, whilst improving posture.
